This Privacy Policy sets out how MERACH Inc. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "MERACH" or "we" or "us") collect, use, disclose, process and protect the information you provide to us when you use the products and services offered by the FantomFite App. If we ask you to provide certain information in order to verify your identity when using the products and services, we will only use that information in strict compliance with this Privacy Policy and/or our User Terms.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means data that identifies a specific individual, either by itself or when linked to other information about the individual to which the FantomFite App has access. Please be sure to read and thoroughly understand this Policy, especially the terms and conditions highlighted in bold, before using the FantomFite App Services. If you do not agree with anything in this Privacy Policy, you should stop using or accessing our products and services. We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of your personal information in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection regulations in your location. We also commit all of our employees and agents to fulfill these obligations. The key points of this privacy policy are set out below:

1. We will describe the types of personal information we collect from you and the purposes for which we collect it, so that you can understand the types of specific personal information we collect for a particular function, why we use it, and how we collect it.
2. When you use some functions, we may collect some sensitive information about you after obtaining your individual consent, unless it is required to be collected in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, refusal to provide such information will only prevent you from using the relevant specific functions, but will not affect the normal use of the other functions of the FantomFite App.
3. The FantomFite App will not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside of FantomFite App. If there are other cases of sharing or transferring your personal information or you need us to share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside of FantomFite App, we will directly or confirm that the third party obtains your individual consent for the above behavior, and in addition, we will conduct a risk assessment of the behavior of providing information to the outside world. In addition, we will conduct a risk assessment of the provision of information to external parties.
4. You can access, correct, and delete your personal information and cancel your account, as well as report complaints and set up privacy features through the channels listed in these guidelines.

 

A. How do we collect and use your information?

1.1 Information you provide

• Relevant personal information you provide to us when registering for an account or using our services, such as your gender, age, height, avatar, etc.
• Shared information that you provide to other parties through our Services, as well as information that you upload, submit, store, send or receive when using our Services.
• We may use the FantomFite App account to identify different users.

1.2 Information we obtain in the course of your use of the Services

We collect information about the services you use and how you use them, such as information that may be generated when you use the FantomFite App and chat on the FantomFite App. Such information includes:

1.2.1 Device Information: We receive and record information about the device you are using, such as your device model, operating system version information, device settings, mobile device version, device identification code, screen resolution, device environment and other hardware and software characteristics, device location information, such as IP address, GPS location, and sensor information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base stations, in accordance with the specific permissions you have for the installation and/or authorization of the software. information about the location of the device, such as IP address, GPS location, and sensor information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide such information. If you refuse to grant us permission during installation and/or use, we will not record the above information.

1.2.3 Network Usage Data: We may collect network types, network signals, IP addresses, etc. related to specific features of theFantomFite App.

1.2.4 Camera and Album Permissions: We will access your device's camera-related permissions when you upload images using the IOS devices, and collect the information you provide based on the images and videos you upload to us after taking/reading photos.

1.2.5 Bluetooth, GPS information: in your use of the FantomFite App setup we need your Bluetooth access, while Android in the connection also need your GPS access, at the same time will be uploaded by the phone through the Bluetooth FantomFite App device information, such as: device mac address, power, model, version and so on.

1.2.6 In order to identify your device ID and prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating, improve the security of our services, and protect the quality and efficiency of our operations, we collect information about your device (including IMEI, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, and MAC address), information about the apps you have installed, or information about the processes you are running.

1.2.7 The integrated third-party SDK collects IMEI, IMSI, device MAC address, software installation list, location, contacts, call logs, calendars, SMS, local phone number, pictures, audio and video information when it is running silently or in the background.

1.2.8 We may collect your end-user's [system operation information, network status information, iOS advertising identifiers (IDFA), MAC address, international mobile device identifiers (IMEI), anonymous device identifiers (OAID), international mobile subscriber identifiers (IMSI), app list information, and advertisement SDK] through developer services [i.e., free/fee-based SDK services such as Social Share SDK, SMS Verification (SMSDK), MobLink, MobPush and Second Verification, as well as advertisement SDKs]. IDFA), MAC address, International Mobile Equipment Identifier (IMEI), Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), International Mobile Subscriber Identifier (IMSI), application list information, and base station information] for the investigation of security incidents, as well as for the detection and prevention of fraudulent activities, in order to detect and prevent cyber-attacks and misuse, and to safeguard cyber-security and operational security.

2. How we use your information
Personal information is collected in order to provide you with products and/or services and to ensure our compliance with applicable laws. You hereby consent to our processing of Personal Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to the disclosure of Personal Information to our Affiliates (which are involved in the communications, social media, technology and cloud businesses), and to Third Party Service Providers (as defined below). We may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

2.1 Setting up a FantomFite Account. When creating a FantomFite account, the information provided will be used to set up your FantomFite account and to display relevant data in the FantomFite App.

2.2 Measurement and calculation of body data. We will use basic personal information combined with FantomFite Cloud measurements to calculate body data for displaying to you within the APP, such as BMI, fat, muscle, body type, visceral fat, body fat index, obesity level, basal metabolism, hydration, fat weight, protein, bone mass, body age, and defatted weight.

2.3 Physical condition analysis. Based on the personal information you provide and the data measured and recorded by the equipment, we will provide you with an analysis related to your physical condition for your reference. For example, based on your personal information and body composition data, we will provide you with an ideal weight range value for your reference and a comprehensive body score.

2.4 Determining if your device is supported. Information related to your phone will be used to determine if your phone can use the FantomFite App.

2.5 Provision of network-related services. The FantomFite App will prompt users when they need to use a certain amount of traffic for downloading based on different network types, network signals and other information.

2.6 Statistical analysis: We may conduct statistical analysis of our services or devices and may share these statistics with the public or third parties for the purpose of demonstrating trends in the use of our products or services and optimizing our products and services. For example, to display some rankings, etc.

2.7 Use device information for message push, e.g., reminders, service information push, etc.

 

3. How we use cookies and similar technologies and technologies of the same type are common and commonly used technologies in the Internet. When you use the services related to the FutOnRace App, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device in order to collect and store information about your visits to, and use of, the FutOnRace App. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to implement the following features or services:

3.1 Secure and Efficient Operation of Products and Services We may set authentication and security cookies or anonymous identifiers that allow us to verify that you have logged on to the Services securely or that you are not experiencing misuse, fraud, or other wrongdoing. These technologies also help us to improve the efficiency of our services and increase the speed of login and response.

3.2 Helping you have an easier access experience

The use of such technologies can help you eliminate the need to repeat the steps and processes of filling in personal information and entering search content, such as realizing the single login process and recording search history.

 

4. Account Cancellation Service.

If you wish to cancel your previously registered account, you can do so through "Settings" - "Cancel Account". When you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete your personal information at your request, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. Since the operation of canceling your account will prevent you from using the products or services of FantomFite, please be careful with the operation.

When you are authorized to log in toFantomFite through a third party account, you need to apply to the third party to cancel your account.

1. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Merach Inc., except in the following circumstances:

1. Sharing under prior authorization: obtaining your explicit consent or authorization in advance;
2. Sharing in accordance with the law: Sharing your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, legal process requirements, mandatory administrative or judicial requirements are necessary;
3. Sharing with our affiliates: We may share your personal information with our affiliates, but we will only share personal information that is necessary and subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, and if our affiliates want to change the purposes for which the personal information is processed, they will need to ask for your consent again.
4. Sharing with partners and other third parties: We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will only share personal information that is necessary to provide our services. Our partner third-party service providers are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purpose. Our partners include the following types:

4.1 Services Providers. We may share your Personal Information with vendors, service providers and other partners who support our business by supplying us with or providing technical infrastructure services, providing customer service, logistics and distribution services, payment services, data processing, and so on. We share your personal information for the purpose of enabling core shopping functions for our products and/or services, such as when we must share your order number and order amount with a third party payment provider to enable it to confirm your payment instructions and complete payment, etc. We may also share your personal information with other partners who support our business, such as vendors, service providers and other partners.

4.2 Partners who commission us to carry out promotions. We may provide promotional services on behalf of other businesses to groups of users of our products and/or services. C. How we protect your information

1. The App requires minors to use the products or services of the App under the authorization and guidance of their legal guardians.

While this Privacy Statement describes the standards that FantomFite App follows in protecting privacy, these standards are subject to change.
